the future
What does the future hold for me? A great question that I cannot answer. But
maybe the following ramblings will help others know what I want to spend my time doing.
career goals
I have had a diverse collection of jobs and have learned a great deal from each one. I have learned lessons about
myself as well as about what makes a good and bad work environment. Based upon those lessons, and my research, I have
created the following list that describes the type of environment I want to work in.
- I want to work in an environment that challenges me on a daily basis.
- I want a job that can financially support my family.
- I want to work in an environment that values me as a person - not just a human resource or replaceable widget.
- I want to work in an environment that provides leadership and support so I can succeed. I like how Joel talks about managers. I hope to be that kind of manager and work for a manager like that.
- I want to develop a personal brand so that I never have to create a resume again.
- And most of all, I want to change the world.
bucket list
I want to accomplish many things in my life and the list below has a few of them. This list will change
as life happens so try and keep up.

- Fly a helicopter
